Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth buying experience.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Online Content)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

  • Once an eBook or digital file is purchased and delivered via email or download link, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  • If you face any issue accessing or downloading your purchase, contact us at ashwani@create.wtf, and we will assist you promptly.

2. Physical Products

  • Only damaged items are eligible for replacement.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Replacement will not be accepted for reasons other than product damage.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for any other reason.

3. Refunds

  • Only approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
